Justice Yawar Ali takes oath as LHC acting CJ

Justice Muhammad Yawar Ali of the Lahore High Court on Friday took oath as acting chief justice as Chief justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah has left the country to attend a conference at London. Senior judge Justice Muhammad Anwarul Haq administered oath to Justice Yawar Ali in a simple but impressive ceremony. Besides judges of the court, Advocate General Punjab, federal and provincial law officers and office-bearers of the Lahore High Court Bar Association attended the ceremony.
