PSX asks two companies to fulfil requirement

Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has announced that Diamond Industries Limited and Shaffi Chemical Industries Limited will be placed in the defaulters' segment with effect from March 24, 2017. In a notice issued on Wednesday, the PSX instructed the said companies to fulfill the requirement of clause 5.11.1.(e) of PSX Regulations within 90 days ie up to June 21, 2017 by payment of outstanding dues of the exchange. In case the companies fail to comply with the above requirements within 90 days time, relevant enforcement action will be taken under clauses 5.11.2.(b) and (c).
