Punjab Assembly session adjourns due to lack of quorum

Due to lack of quorum on Monday, the debate on pre-budget discussion could not be started in the 27th session of Punjab Assembly. Despite the efforts of ruling PML-N, legislator Rana Arshad was unable to complete the quorum. Speaker Rana Iqbal referred the questions of Mian Tariq Mahmood and Syed Abbas to the committee. However, the parliamentary secretaries were unable to answer the questions of the ruling legislators.
The session was stated 2 hours 30 minutes late than its scheduled time. However, the session was adjourned till 10 am on Tuesday due to lack of quorum.
