Customs authorities foiled the smuggling bid of 33 kilograms opium at Torkham border and arrested an Afghan national. The opium was hidden in the secret captivities of the oil tanker bearing registration No.C-5662. During the action an Afghan national Hayat Mohammad son of Gul Mohammad was also taken into custody. Further investigation was underway.
