Maple Leaf Cement has been declared again winner as joint second runner up in the SAFA Best Corporate Report Award 2015 ceremony held in Dhaka last Friday.
It is the second time that ICAP nominated our name for the said SAFA awards due to our Best Corporate Report. This step up is a testimonial to our strive for getting better and better in transparent and accurate financial reporting and to compliance with the best accounting standards and practices. Also, this award has strengthened our resolve to be eventually the best in the area of corporate reporting. Worth mentioning that we are one of the only two companies in the SAFA competition in the category of manufacturing from Pakistan as a whole. Thus we have competed with much larger corporations in Pakistan in terms of best corporate reporting.-PR
