Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rashid on Wednesday said that he would not vacate Lal Haveli at any cost. Talking to media outside Supreme Court (SC), Sheikh Rasheed said that he would continue legal fight against corruption. He also advised Rana Sanaullah and Saad Rafique to talk in limits. The AML chief said that Panama case has been started today and that everyone is waiting for what Maryam Nawaz's lawyer would bring in the court.
He said not a single document has been submitted in the court that can justify the stance of Sharif family. The more they make the case lengthy, the more they lose their case among nation, he added. Sheikh Rasheed said that the decision of hearing bench would be based on justice.
Earlier, Evacuee Trust Property Board Chairman Siddique-ul-Farooq had made it clear that either the Lal Haveli occupant will have to pay the pending rent or he will have to leave the property. He said that notice was issued on land illegally grabbed by Sheikh Rasheed next to his Lal Haveli. Siddique-ul-Farooq said that administrator has been asked to expedite Lal Haveli case.
