Government values importance of press freedom: President

President Mamnoon Hussain says the Government values the importance of press freedom. He was talking to a delegation of Press Council of Pakistan led by its Chairman Dr Salahuddin Mangal, here on Wednesday. The President said the media has an important role to keep aware the people of the facts. He said the media has also a vital role in moulding the opinion again corruption. He said the Press Council of Pakistan should play role to improve the standard of media.
