President SITE Association, Asad Nisar Barkhurdaria has urged the IGP Sindh to take notice of deteriorating law and order in SITE area and initiate immediate remedial measures to give a sense of protection to the people of SITE area. While taking serious notice of recent incidents of street crimes, he expressed the grave concern about the precarious law and order in the SITE area; he conveyed his dismay over Police inaction and total indifference towards threats to life and property in the area.
The rising incidents of mobile and cash snatching warrant an immediate response by LEAs to arrest this grave situation. The failed attempt of armed robbery at Ghani Chowrangi on 2nd December is a case of point in which two robbers have been shot dead by a private guard. Such environments of insecurity, where the citizens have to take law into their own hands, reveal the absence of LEAs. In principal, police is responsible to protect the life and property of the citizens said Asad Nisar Barkhurdaria.
