Member British House of Lords Nazir Ahmad said that the Kashmiris should be given relief by removing Kashmir Committee Chairman Maulana Fazlur Rehman from his post. He said this while addressing a ceremony at Punjab University on Monday. Criticising the government, Lord Nazir Ahmad said they feel disappointed by listening to the statements of the Pakistani politicians. Appointing Maulana Fazlur Rehman as Chairman of the Kashmir Committee was a wrong decision.
He said Pakistan should support the Khalistan Movement in India. Prime Minister Nawaz Shaif lacked the ability to take decisions. "He (PM) offers his Friday prayer on Sunday. Pakistan needs young and energetic advisers on foreign affairs instead of old ones," he said.
