A meeting JUI-F held here vowed to foil conspiracies against the ideological frontiers of the country and will continue struggle for the defence of the country and nation. The joint meeting of the provincial executive committee, district presidents, and members of parliament, district, tehsil nazims and naib nazims held here with provincial Ameer Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan in the chair.
Those who attended were included central chief JUI-F, Maulana Fazalur Rehman, Deputy Chairman, Senate Abdul Ghafoor Haidery, Maulana Shuja-ul-Mulk, Ishaq Zahid, Maulana Atta-ul-Haq Darwesh, Maulana Rafiullah Qasimi, Abdul Jalil Jan, Maulana Rahat Hussain, Maulana Aziz Ahmad, Abdul Waheed Marwat, Mufti Abdul Shakoor, Mufti Mohammad Ejaz. MNAs Maulana Gohar Shah, Qari Mohammad Yousaf, Shahida Akhtar Ali, Naeema Kishwar. MPAs, Najma Shaheen, Maulana Lutf-ur-Rehman, Mufti Said Janan, Malik Riaz, Anwar Hayat, Zarin Gul and others.
The meeting besides discussing prevailing political situation and organisational matters also reviewed arrangements for continental celebrations of the party. The meeting will also continue today. Addressing the meeting, the leadership of JUI-F said that conspiracies against the ideological frontiers of the country are being hatched and vowed to continue struggle for the defence of the country and nation to block the path of Western culture in any circumstances. They said that some forces are following foreign agenda and creating hurdles in the development of the country. They said that China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will prove a milestone in the socio-economic uplift of the country.
They said that the fortune changer project will not be made victim of the controversies, saying CPEC is not the project of one province rather of the whole country and will benefit of all provinces. The JUI-F leaders aid that due to the exploitative powers, the people of the tribal areas are living miserable life for long time. They said that tribesmen have rendered unprecedented sacrifices for Islam and the country and they will not accept the forceful imposition of system on them. They said that they will continue their struggle for the rights of tribesmen and make efforts for the enforcement of the system of their choice on them.
