KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Wednesday at 21,160.07 points with a negative change of -89.93 and volume of 51,725,800 shares. High and Low were 21,321.41 and 21,065.46 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 11 were up, 19 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 89,991,490 shares. Total companies traded were 357 of which 124 were positive, 213 were negative and 20 were unchanged.

Chemicals was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 12,470,120 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 8,411,900 shares.
