PRAGUE: The Slovak central government budget deficit reached 550.98 million euros ($661.40 million) at the end of April, narrower than a 635.12 million euro gap posted a year ago, the Finance Ministry said on Wednesday.
Total revenue reached 4.20 billion euros at the end of April, while expenditure was 4.75 billion euros. Tax revenue stood at 3.63 billion euros, just up from 3.48 billion euros a year ago.
