SC directs to submit witnesses complete list in Daniyal case     

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court Monday directed to submit the complete list of witnesses along with written arguments till March 30, in the contempt of court case against PML-N leader Daniyal Aziz.

Chairing a three-member bench of the apex court, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed defined the process of recording testimony and said when one witness would be recording his/her statement before the court, the other witness would be kept outside and no one would ask the witness unrelated questions.

During course of proceedings, the court observed that prosecution had failed to submit the list of witnesses in the case. Subsequently, the court adjourned further hearing till March 30.
