ISLAMABAD: June 30, 2020:- President Dr Arif Alvi on Tuesday signed 'the Finance Bill, 2020' approved by the National Assembly.
The President assent 'the Finance Bill 2020' under Article 75 of the Constitution of Pakistan.
The National Assembly on Monday had approved the Finance Bill, 220 with some amendments presented by the government. The House, however, rejected the amendments proposed by the opposition in the Finance Bill, 2020.
Minister for Industries and Production Hammad Azhar had presented Rs 7.14 trillion Budget-2020-21 in the National Assembly on June 12, 2020 for approval.
