It has been an annual ritual now and always seems just yesterday when the 9th e-banking conference was held last year. By the Grace of Almighty Allah, Total Communications has today completed its 10th year of e-Banking Conference & Exhibition.
This year's 10th e-banking conference, with the support of Pakistan Software Export Board and Pakistan Software Houses Association is being held in an atmosphere where not only the individual account holder is benefiting from the rich rewards of various e-banking services that almost all banks are offering now but the corporate sector is seriously looking at the options of exploring the powers of always-on, always-available services that a good, robust e-banking service can offer. This year we are introducing two very important panel discussion:
1) Channel Wars: Cash Vs Cashless
2) Cost of Compliance of PCI: Is it worth it
It is hoped that these healthy discussions by the professionals that have hundreds of years of collective working experience in different but related fields will turn out to be highly beneficial for the banking industry of Pakistan.
Our sponsors have backed us once again. We are thankful to the industry for their continuous support. The regulators have been very kind to us throughout the years and their involvement is highly appreciated. I especially thank Euronet for sharing the title this year. On behalf of Total Communications, I welcome all the foreign and local guests who will be gracing the occasion. I thank all the participants once again for making the e-banking event a permanent success story.
