The Executive Director, Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT), Ahmed Bilal Mehbub has said the Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) Parliamentarians had performed best in the Parliament in 2012. Addressing the participants in a two-day workshop held here at Mansoora under the umbrella of JI, he said former member National Assembly and presently Secretary General JI, Liaqat Baloch showed his excellence during his office from 2002 to 2007.
According to Ahmed Bilal, Baloch secured first position for his services as Member of National Assembly. Ahmed Bilal said the Deputy Ameer JI, and former Senator Professor Khursheed Ahmed received first position among the incumbent Senators while Professor Ibrahim got second position for his best performance.
