One killed in Kalat firing

Unknown armed men shot dead a man and injured another in Mangocher area of the district on Friday. According to Levies Force, the victims were on their way when armed assailants riding a motorbike opened fire on them and fled from the scene. As a result, one of them succumbed to injuries on the spot while another sustained wounds. The body and the injured were shifted to district headquarters hospital whose identity could not be ascertained so far.
The body of the deceased was handed over to the heirs after completion legal formalities. The motive behind the killing could not be ascertained. Levies Force started investigation.
