Workshop on child psychiatry

Special Education and Training Centre (SETC) is organising a workshop on 'Child psychiatry - a whistle stop tour' on Monday to develop awareness about increasing psychological problems among children and adolescents.
Dr Amina Tareen, who is a child psychiatrist at North London (Barnet) Hospital and a lecturer at Imperial College London, will conduct the workshop. Professor Saadiq Husain, former principal King Edward Medical College will be the chief guest.
Dr Amina said that psychological problems of children and adolescents were increasing, affecting their education as well as relations with their parents and relatives.
