General elections would held in time as per constitution

ISLAMABAD: Spokesperson to the Prime Minister Dr Musadiq Malik Friday said there was no option for early elections and would be  held on time as per the constitutional of the country.

Talking to a private news channel, he said the government would win upcoming elections on the basis of its five years performance and providing good governance to the people of the country.

He said people had full confidence on the leadership of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and had great association with their beloved leader.

Dr Musadiq Malik said justice and accountability should be equal for all and whole process should be transparent.

Replying to a question, he said the PML-N had never defended irresponsible statements of Nehal Hashmi but had reservations about selectivity in justice.
