Three gangs of dacoits busted, nine outlaws held

The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) and Operational Wing of Capital Police have busted three gangs of dacoits and also arrested nine outlaws besides recovering looted items worth three million rupees. CIA In-charge Bahsir Ahmed Noon constituted special team for the arrest of culprits involved in dacoities and theft.
The team consists of Sub-Inspector Zulfiqar Ahmed, ASIs Haider Ali Shah and Abdul Hafeez which succeeded in busting three gangs of dacoits and arrested eight criminals, a police official said. He said those arrested by police were identified as Shaukat Ali, Nemat Khan, Majid Hussain, Yousuf, Idrees, Nawaz Ahmed, Jameel Hussain and Ali Khan. They confessed to their crimes. Police also recovered looted items worth three million rupees, weapons and mobile phones from their possession.
