Removal of non-tariff barriers: 'trade between India, Pakistan will be doubled'
Vice President, Saarc Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Iftikhar Ali Malik has expressed hope that trade between India and Pakistan will be doubled in a year with removal of non tariff barriers. Talking to a delegation of traders, he said that it is objective of the chambers that trade between Saarc countries should increased substantially in near future at the side of India and Pakistan.
He emphasised the need of frequent exchange of trade delegation between Saarc countries to boost trade. He said measures adopted by India and Pakistan will help build better trade relations and increasing confidence on each other. He appreciated measures adopted by Pakistan for opening trade with India and expressed hope that India would also remove remaining non tariff barriers to boost two way trades.-PR
