PTCL team awarded 'Region of the Month' shield

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has awarded its region team with the 'Region of the Month' shield in recognition of its outstanding efforts for provision of best customer care and outreach services during January 2012. Executive Vice President Customer Care, Kamran Malik and Executive Vice President Contact Centres, Junaid Azeem presented the award to Regional General Manager Faisalabad, Muhammad Abrar Chaudhry at a ceremony held in One Stop Shop CTX, Faisalabad.
Other PTCL officials were also present on the occasion, says a press release issued on Saturday.-PR
