After a midweek spike, the Swiss franc on Friday was back in its customary trading range after the Swiss National Bank stuck with its franc cap of 1.20 per euro and struck a more upbeat note on growth for the year. The franc was up 0.1 percent against the dollar to trade at 0.9221 compared to the New York close. The franc was little changed against the euro at 1.2068.
