LHC seeks report from DCO Okara

The Lahore High Court (LHC) here called for a report from DCO Okara and other respondents for March 29, in a petition praying to the court to restrain the respondents from the construction of a wall on the sewerage drain. The petitioner Muhammad Razwaz contended that Zia Satellite Town owners erecting wall illegally on the sewerage drain.
He said that due to this wall the residents of the area will face hardships. He therefore prayed to the court to restrain the respondent from erecting wall on the sewerage drain. The court after hearing the petitioner counsel at length called for report from the respondents by next date of hearing on March 29.
