Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani Friday refused to answer media persons' questions, saying: "I will not give any answer to your questions." The Chief of Army Staff and ISI chief Lieutenant General Ahmed Shuja Pasha were also present at a joint news conference of three heads of state - Asif Ali Zardari, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Hamid Karzai - at Presidency on Friday.
As soon as the army and ISI chiefs walked out of the Press Hall to move towards the lobby after the press conference, many journalists rushed towards the Army Chief for questions. "I will not reply to your questions, I will not reply to your questions," he said categorically.
