FBR notification

Federal Board of Revenue has said that all Model Customs Collectorates shall remain open on Saturday 17th, 24th and 31st December, 2011, as normal working days in order to facilitate trade and industry in getting their cargo cleared for imports and exports.
The management of State Bank of Pakistan and National Bank of Pakistan has been requested to provide banking facility by the designated branches on the above mentioned dates to ensure payment of duty and taxes. The port authorities/port operators have also been advised to synchronise their working, accordingly.-PR
