US Ambassador Cameron Munter on Thursday called on Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar and discussed mutual relations as well as regional situation. As no official account to the meeting was available, but sources said that the ambassador met the Foreign Minister here at the Foreign Office prior to the release of the findings of US Central Command to Nato's last month Salala air-strike killing 24 Pakistani soldiers.
Brigadier General Stephen Clark of US Air Force Special Operations Command on Thursday released the findings of the US Central Command's investigation into the November 25-26 engagement between US and Pakistani military forces across the border, which says that mistakes were made on both sides.
