Activities of anti-social elements in graveyards: chief secretary takes notice of reports

Chief Secretary Sindh, Raja Muhammad Abbas has taken a serious view over the media reports regarding the devilish activities of anti-social elements in and around the graveyards. Expressing concern on the alleged evildoings and asked the Divisional Commissioners to look into the untoward situation reported by the media and ensure the sanctity of grave yards throughout the province.
Raja Muhammad Abbas noted that vigilance must be undertaken to eradicate such mischievous affairs. He said legal action be accorded against the offenders. Chief Secretary also advised to ascertain the environmental standard of the grave yard, so that difficulties in funeral proceedings could be removed. He sought a report within a week, accordingly.-PR
