Rowdiest scenes engulfed the Central Secretariat of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Monday when former MPA Pervaiz Khattak entered the premises to join the party. The furious PTI workers held a protest in front of party central secretariat, saying that Khattak is a known turncoat and his entry into the party is not acceptable at any cost.
The workers of PTI said that Pervaiz Khattak has record of corruption in the past and they would not let him to become party member. They said that they have sacrificed every thing for the party and people like Pervaiz Khattak will not be acceptable in the party.
The workers got out of control when the supporters of Pervaiz Khattak clashed with them. The clash between two groups results in injury to two persons. Meanwhile, the senior leadership of PTI intervened and calmed down angry workers. PTI had to cancel the press conference in the wake of this untoward incident.
