ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar Tuesday remarked that no concession would be given and the court would not compromise on illegal constructions in Muree.

Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar remarked this while chairing three-member bench to hearing a suo moto notice regarding illegal construction in Muree hills.

The bench also directed authorities to solve the matter within fifteen days and submit report in the apex court.

During course of proceedings, Additional Attorney General (AAG) apprised the court that in compliance of court orders notices were issued to 125 people however 35 illegal building were demolished.

He informed the court that some people protesting against the decision.

To this, the Chief Justice said nations did not make with protests, adding "if any one hold protest against legal step then let him do no favour would be given."

Subsequently, the court adjourned further hearing for three weeks.
