Some changes seen in thin trade on grain market

Some changes were seen on the wholesale grain market on Monday in the absence of major buyers, dealers said. On the cereal side barley Sindh and Mardan were quoted at Rs 3250-3300, wheat old and new Bardan were slightly up by Rs 5 to Rs 2650-2700, they said.
On the rice sector Irri-6 Sindh low type gained Rs 25 to Rs 3125 while the best type did not show any change at Rs 3200, they said. Only one change was witnessed on the seed side, cottonseed oilcake with bag low type was unchanged at Rs 950 while the best type picked up by Rs 110 to Rs 1100, they said. Prices did not show any change on the grams sector, they said.
