Italian Consul calls on Chairperson Sindh Board of Investment

KARACHI: Italian Consul in Karachi Ms. Anna Ruffino called on Chairperson Sindh Board of Investment, Ms. Naheed Memon here on Wednesday.

They discussed the issues of mutual interest, particularly cooperation in the trade and business sectors, said a statement.

Talking to the Italian Consul, the Chairperson SBI said that Pakistan valued its relations with the Italy and both the countries having worthy cooperation in different sectors.

She said that Pakistan intends to extend its cooperation with Italy in auto-mobile, textile, garments, food and marble sectors.

Ms. Naheed said that there was a large potential of cooperation in Karachi Marble City Project.

They also agreed on exchange of delegation of trade, business and investors between the two countries so as to further promote the cooperation.
