The Lahore High Court adjourned the proceedings for last week of September in a petition filed by Seth Nisar. Earler his counsel contended before the court that his client has paid back 420 million but was still behind the bars.
The court observed that the accused has been involved in a number of bank fraud cases. The court adjourned the proceedings for getting some more detail. Seth Nisar is involved in different bank fraud case including Bank of Punjab scam.
