TCP clarification

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan has clarified that no request for sugar supply has been received from any province.
Apropos the news report published in some sections of print media and also aired at various channels about non-supply of 15,000 tons sugar to Punjab government by Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP), "It is clarified that TCP has neither received request from any province nor instructions for the delivery of sugar to any province including Government of Punjab. TCP can deliver the sugar only once directed by the Federal Government", TCP press release said.
