Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Justice Iqbal Hameed ur Rehman has constituted four benches, including a divisional bench, to hear a number of cases from next week starting on Monday.
The first bench comprising Chief Justice, Iqbal Hameed ur Rehman, second bench Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan and third bench Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi.
The divisional bench will be comprised Chief Justice and Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi. All the benches will resume hearing over 350 cases during the next week. It is pertinent to mention here that, the bench comprising Chief Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman will also resume hearing of a petition filed by Colonel Muhammad Fahim Khan(retd), Chief Security Officer of Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan for seeking restrictions on free movement of the scientist Dr A Q and for the implementation of the IHC order of February 6, 2009.
