Kharotabad incident: police surgeon severely tortured

Police surgeon, who conducted the autopsy of five foreigners shot dead by FC and police personnel in Khrotabad area of Quetta on May 17, was tortured by police personnel, Aaj News reported late Monday night. According to the channel, Dr Baqir Shah was subjected to physical assault in Quetta allegedly by police personnel late Monday night.
Talking to a private TV channel, the surgeon said that he was severely beaten up by several police personnel, when he was having dinner with his friends in a hotel at Prince Road.
