After two months silence on Faisalabad yarn market, the rates continuously increased from Rs 20 to 100 during the outgoing week. the rates increased owing to purchase pressure in local market. Yarn counts 7/S, 10/S, 16/S, 20/S, 22/S, 24/S and 30/S, 40/S and 52/S prices rose by five to 20 percent from previous rates.
Ex Chairman (Central) All Pakistan Yarn Merchant Association Muhammad Ashraf Gandhi said the purchase pressure build due to new cloth orders from China and other countries and hopes to renew old orders. He said the Pakistan cloth exports suffered harm due to load shading of GAS and electricity. But these new purchase orders and scheduled electricity management break the hush in Faisalabad yarn market.
