The voluntarily repatriation of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) of Bajaur and Mohmand Agencies to back their home would be starting from April 11. This was stated by Director General FATA Disaster Management Authority, Arshad Khan while talking to media men here on Sunday.
He said all arrangements in this connection have been made well in time so that all the IDPs of Bajaur and Mohmand Agencies, who left their homes, as a result of operation against militancy in their respective areas, to go back home with honour and respect and peacefully. He said the form have also distributed in the camps set-up in different areas and before proceeding to back home the IDPs have been asked to fill the form accordingly. They can also collect these forms from Benazir Bhutto Shaheed and Jalozai camps.
Arshad Khan said that a total of 50022 families hailing from Bajaur and Mohmand Agencies are in the camps in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said all IDPs going back to the homes voluntarily would be provided free transports, while with the support of the World Food Organisation (WFO) food would also be provided to them for two-years.
