Tariq Kirmani was elected unopposed as director of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) representing private shareholders. According to NBP here on Saturday, his election was made at the 62nd annual general meeting of the bank, as one nomination was withdrawn before the AGM and the other was not cleared by SBP under FPT Criteria.
