The 40th anniversary of National Day of Bangladesh will be celebrated on Thursday (today). Qazi Humayun Fareed, Bangladesh Honorary Consul General in Punjab will host a reception in this connection at a local club today where High Commissioner of Bangladesh in Islamabad Suhrab Hossain and his wife Rawsanara Hossain will participate as special guests.
The renowned businessmen, senior civil servants, politicians, diplomats and people from different walks of life will also attend this event. Qazi Humayun said that cultural and social events will also be organised on the occasion of National Day of Bangladesh.
