The Pakistan Railways restored train service between Quetta and Jacobabad on Sunday after repairing of the damaged railway track. Unidentified men had blown up a small portion of the railway track between Dera Murad Jamali and Notal on Saturday night, which led to suspension of the train service.
The commuters have appealed to the government to recruit local youth for security of railway track living in areas located along the track from Quetta to Jacobabad. They added that such step would help in resolving unemployment issue besides improving the security.
