KARACHI: Mayor Karachi Wasim Akhtar Monday expressed immense sorrow on the demise of 8 persons in a road accident on the Karachi-Hyderabad Motorway.

He prayed that Allah Almighty may rest the departed souls in peace and give courage to the bereaved families to bear this loss, said a statement.

He also appealed to the citizens to stop the drivers if they drive the van or bus dangerously so that lives of citizens could be saved from such accidents.
