Home minister orders strict action against Jirga members

KARACHI: Sindh Home Minster Sohail Anwar Siyal taking serious notice of couple's murder within the jurisdiction of Mominabad police station has ordered strict action against members of Jirga.

According to a statement issued here on Monday, he directed police to ensure strict action against the members of Jirga which decided to murder the couple for contracting freewill marriage.

He has also sought a report about this brutal incident from DIG- East Karachi.
