Two MQM activists gunned down

Two MQM activists were gunned down by unidentified assailants in the remits of Risala Police Station, here on Sunday. A gang of armed men opened fire on Kashif, aged 30, and Jaffer, aged 35, near Nanankwara in Risala Police precincts. As a result, they suffered bullet injuries and died on the spot.
The bodies were brought to the Civil Hospital Karachi for medico-legal formalities. SHO Risalal Police Faryad refused to comment on the association of the deceased with any political party, however, MQM sources claimed that both victims belonged to their party. No case could be registered till filing this story. However, police have started search for the culprits.
