Release of father: girl seeks rights bodies', media's help

Sharee Baloch - a daughter of a missing person - Wahid Qamber Baloch on Wednesday appealed to rights' organisations and global media for help to get her father released. Speaking at a press conference at Karachi Press Club, she said that the Chief Justice of Pakistan had ordered release of her father but he is missing from jail for unknown reasons.
She requested the Chief Justice to reopen her father's case, allegedly picked up spy agencies. Sharee further said that court had acquitted her father in a number of "fake" cases against him. "I want to remind Chief Justice of Pakistan of his pledge of June 6, 2009, assuring justice to my father," she said.
