The volume was 136,063,787 shares, which was 61.97 percent of KSE All share volume and 73.87 percent of KSE-100 volume. The KSE All Share volume was 219,563,123 shares and KSE-100 volume was 184,187,350 shares.
BR Power Generation and Distribution Index closed at 1,752.54 with a net positive change of 84.87 points or percentage change of 5.09 and turnover of 51,583,079 shares. BR Commercial Banks Index closed at 2,620.62 with a net positive change of 25.52 points or percentage change of 0.98 and turnover of 23,735,321 shares.
BR Oil and Gas Index closed at 2,738.33 with a net positive change of 40.6 points or percentage change of 1.5 and turnover of 11,724,199 shares. BR Tech & Comm Index closed at 582.27 with a net negative change of -5.21 points or percentage change of -0.89 and turnover of 8,026,593 shares. BR Cement Index closed at 706.15 with a net positive change of 17.32 points or percentage change of 2.51 and turnover of 7,872,342 shares.
