Labour dies of suffocation

A labour died of gas suffocation in Chiltan Town area on Sunday. According to police, the victim was asleep in his room. Due to very low gas pressure, the flames of the gas heater extinguished automatically and the victim identified as Amjad did not pay attention to switch off the gas heater before going for sleeping.
As a result, his room was filled with carbon-dioxide gas, causing his death. It is pertinent to mention here that presently citizens of Quetta were experiencing very low gas pressure as some gas fields including PirKoh had been closed.
