Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Chief, Nawaz Sharif has said the country is being run by printing billions of currency notes every month. Addressing the function of Foundation Day of the PML-N at the Expo Centre, Nawaz said people of Pakistan were being crushed under inflation, joblessness and social unrest due to massive gas and electricity loadshedding.
He said prices of energy were being increased on monthly basis, squeezing the public spending capacity. The planning is being made to impose new taxes. The PML-N chief said that PML-N would break the begging bowl and there would be no need of Kerry Lugar bill anymore or any internal or external loans. He said the country could only be strengthened with right approach.
He said Gwadar would be turned into Dubai if God gave the chance to PML-N to rule the country. The country would also be full of airports, roads and development projects. He said Pakistan could become South Asian tiger had its government not derailed back in 1999. "We are determined to put the country on road to progress and prosperity. The country will be made one of the most prosperous countries in the world. Miracles can happen if we break the begging bowl, he said.
