MOSCOW: Investments by Russia's Gazprom , the world's top gas producer, are seen at 1.3 trillion roubles ($22.3 billion) next year, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
Gazprom, which is currently pipelines to China, Europe and Turkey, said its external borrowings are seen at 417 billion roubles next year.
