I congratulate the employees of Pakistan International Airlines on the launch of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Apna Ghar Scheme. This is a unique scheme offered by PIA for its employees, where they would be allotted apartments on easy instalments through their Provident funds and remaining payment through banks or low interest rates to arraged by PIA.
I am especially delighted to know that preference will be given to female employees of the corporation. I would like to thank the President of Pakistan, Mr Asif Ali Zardari for offering land for this housing scheme for the Staff Cadre of the airline. I would also like to thank the management of PIA and especially the Manging Director, Captain Muhammad Aijaz Haroon for proving his sincerity and devotion in making this housing scheme a success story.
